Meet the Founders Julia & Alessandro Frosali

We’re Alessandro and Julia — partners in life, love, and this work.

We met over five years ago in Bali. Two people from different worlds, both on personal paths of growth and awakening. What brought us together wasn’t just connection — it was a shared commitment to living in alignment with what feels real.

For three years, we lived close to the earth. No rush, no pressure — just listening, learning, and moving with nature. We were guided by intuition, community, and the sense that life could be simpler, deeper, and more meaningful.

When we returned to Germany, Julias home country, something felt off.
The systems we’re born into — fast, rigid, disconnected — felt even heavier than before.
We felt the pressure to fit back in, but we couldn’t ignore the truth: that way of living wasn’t made for thriving.

So we chose another path.

Eventually, that path led us to Mallorca — where soul dept. was born.

It started with a question Julia felt deep inside:
Why aren’t we wearing the truths we believe in?
Why aren’t we using what we wear to reflect who we really are?

Just hours later, the first soul dept. designs took form.
Not fashion for fashion’s sake,
but clothing with intention.
Messages you carry. 
Energy you wear.

While soul dept. is our shared creation, we each continue to walk our own path of service:

Alessandro is a men’s coach and retreat leader who helps men break free from passive patterns and step into grounded, mature leadership. His mission is to create safe, honest spaces for men to speak, grow, and reconnect with who they were meant to be.

Julia guides women in coming home to themselves — beyond the roles, rules, and expectations they were taught to follow. Her work is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. She helps women reclaim their wildness, their truth, and the courage to shape a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
